PROCEDURE OF REVIEWING

  • The submitted article is analyzing tentatively by the editorial board. In case of contradictory subject of paper with the profile of the journal, inconsistent format or glaring mistakes, the manuscript might be rejected.
  • The submitted paper is sent to two independent reviewers being specialists in the given topic.
  • The editorial office practices a rule called double blind review, i.e. authors and reviewers do not know each other identities.
  • Our reviewers are kindly requested to deliver reports in 3 months.
  • Whenever submission qualifies for publication but needs revision, reviewers are asked to give comprehensive opinion on necessary improvements.
  • Accepted papers are censured and amended with respect to the language.
  • The final version of the manuscript must be submitted to the editorial office with all needed improvement indicated by reviewer's.
  • The list of reviewers is published online one time per year.
